Cellulase R-10 (Imported)
Cellulase R-10 is derived from Trichoderma viride and can catalyze the breakdown of cellulose into glucose, cellobiose, and higher glucose polymers. It is commonly used for plant protoplast preparation (Cellulase R-10 is often used in combination with hemicellulase R-10 to degrade plant cell walls for protoplast preparation). It acts on the 1,4-β-D-glucosidic bonds in cellulose. The pH range is 4.0-5.0, with an optimum pH of 4.8, depending on the substrate. The operating temperature range is 40-50°C.
