5%CPW Wash Solution/Protoplast Wash Solution (with 5% Mannitol)

This product is a special washing solution for the purification of plant protoplasts. It contains basic salts and 5% mannitol (approximately 0.275 M osmotic pressure) to maintain the integrity of protoplasts. Sterilized through a 0.22 μm filter, with a pH of 5.8–6.0, it is ready to use. Available in 500 mL common specification, it can be stored at room temperature or 4℃ for 12 months. It is used for washing protoplasts after enzymatic digestion and centrifugation purification (150–200 g centrifugation for 2–3 minutes), suitable for various plants such as rice and chili, and supports subsequent experiments.
