9% CPW Wash Solution/Protoplast Wash Solution (with 9% Mannitol)

This product is a specialized washing solution for plant protoplasts with high osmotic pressure. It contains basic salts such as monopotassium phosphate and calcium chloride, and 9% mannitol is added to maintain osmotic balance and prevent protoplast plasmolysis. Sterilized through a 0.22 μm filter membrane, the pH is adjusted to 5.8-6.0. Its ready-to-use design makes it more convenient. Available in the common specification of 500mL, it should be stored at 4°C away from light with a shelf life of 12 months. It is mainly used for washing and centrifugation purification of protoplasts after enzymatic digestion, suitable for plant materials that require a high osmotic environment, providing a solid foundation for subsequent transformation and culture with strong compatibility.
