13%CPW Wash Solution/Protoplast Wash Solution (with 13% Mannitol)

This product is a hypertonic washing solution specifically designed for plant protoplasts. It contains basic salts such as potassium dihydrogen phosphate and calcium chloride, and 13% mannitol is added to maintain osmotic balance and prevent protoplast damage. Sterilized with a 0.22 μm filter and pH-adjusted to 6.0, it is a ready-to-use sterile solution. Available in standard 500 mL packaging, it should be stored at 2-8°C with a shelf life of 12 months. It is mainly used for washing and centrifugation purification of protoplasts after enzymatic digestion, suitable for plant materials requiring a hypertonic environment, and lays the foundation for subsequent fusion and transformation experiments.
