25%CPW Density Gradient Centrifugation Solution (with 25% Sucrose)

This product is a density gradient reagent specifically designed for the purification of plant protoplasts. It contains 25% sucrose and CPW basic salts such as potassium dihydrogen phosphate and calcium chloride, forming a stable high-density gradient for efficient separation of intact protoplasts from cell debris. Sterilized through a 0.22 μm membrane, pH calibrated to 6.0±0.2, it is ready to use. Commonly available in 500 mL, store at 4°C away from light, with a shelf life of 12 months. Suitable for various plants, it is recommended to centrifuge at 1000g (approximately 950 rpm) for 10 minutes, where intact protoplasts are enriched at the interface, facilitating subsequent transformation experiments.
