This product is a customized, versatile protoplast washing solution suitable for multiple scenarios. It contains CPW basic salts such as potassium dihydrogen phosphate and calcium chloride, and allows core customization of mannitol concentration (X%) as needed. Low osmolality (5-9%) is suitable for tender leaves, while high osmolality (13-20%) is suitable for woody tissues, precisely maintaining protoplast integrity. Sterilized with a 0.22μm filter, pH adjusted to 5.8-6.0, ready-to-use design. Available in specifications such as 500mL, can be stored at 4°C for up to 12 months, used for washing and purifying after enzyme digestion, suitable for various plants, meeting personalized experimental needs.
