0.7M CPW Wash Solution/Protoplast Wash Solution (with 12.75% Mannitol)

This product is a high-osmotic solution specifically for protoplasts, containing CPW basic salts and 0.7M (12.75%) mannitol, precisely maintaining osmotic balance to prevent protoplast damage. Sterilized through a 0.22μm filter and pH adjusted to the suitable range, it is ready-to-use. Available in a common 500mL specification, with a shelf life of one year when stored at 4℃. It is used for washing and centrifugation purification of enzymatically digested protoplasts, suitable for materials like kiwi that require a high-osmotic environment, laying the foundation for subsequent experiments.
