This product is a customized basic buffer solution prepared from plant protoplasts, containing the core salt components of the CPW system. It does not contain enzymes such as cellulase or dissociation enzymes, and supports the adjustment of mannitol/sucrose concentration (0.3-0.8M) and pH (5.6-6.2) as needed. Sterilized through a 0.22μm filter, it is ready-to-use and available in 500mL/1L specifications. Stored at 4°C, it has a shelf life of 12 months, compatible with various plants such as rice and tea trees, providing a stable environment for subsequent enzyme addition to construct customized enzymatic digestion systems, meeting personalized experimental needs.
