10.5% CPW Wash Solution/Protoplast Wash Solution (with 10.5% Mannitol and 1% Sucrose)

This product is a specialized washing solution for protoplasts that synergistically regulates osmotic pressure with disaccharides. It contains CPW basic salts, combined with 10.5% mannitol and 1% sucrose, accurately maintaining osmotic balance to prevent protoplast shrinkage or rupture. Sterilized through a 0.22μm filter, pH adjusted to 5.8-6.0, ready-to-use design. Available in the common 500 mL specification, stored at 4°C with a shelf life of 12 months. It is used for washing and centrifuge purification of enzymatically digested protoplasts, suitable for plant materials requiring disaccharide-regulated osmotic pressure, providing stable support for subsequent experiments.
