De Man, Rogosa and Sharpe Broth Medium

MRS medium is formulated based on the method developed by De Man, Rogosa, and Sharpe (hence the abbreviation "MRS"). It is used for the enrichment, cultivation, and isolation of lactic acid bacteria strains, and can also be applied in the identification and detection experiments of Lactobacillus.
