pYLCRISPR/Cas9Pubi-H is a CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing vector for monocotyledonous, carrying the Cas9 nuclease gene. The vector contains the ubi promoter to drive Cas9 expression, which can be guided by sgRNA to specifically cut the target, triggering the DNA repair mechanism to achieve gene knockout or targeted mutation. In the genetic transformation system, positive plants are screened by hygromycin resistance, which is suitable for function research and gene editing related exploration in monocotyledonous plants.
