pYLCRISPR/Cas9P35S-B is a CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing vector for dicotyous plants, carrying the Cas9 nuclease gene. The vector contains the 35S promoter to drive Cas9 expression, which can be guided by sgRNA to cut the target DNA, triggering the DNA repair mechanism to achieve gene knockout or targeted mutation. In the genetic transformation system, positive plants are screened by glyphosate resistance, which suitable for gene function research and gene editing related exploration in dicotyledonous plants.
