The plant total protein extraction kit column adsorption method consists of optimized protein extraction buffer and adsorption column and 2.0 mL receiving tube which can effectively and quickly extract denatured or natural total protein from various plant tissues (leaves, seeds, soft stems and roots). The kit provides two different lysis solutions natural and denatured, and the protein profile obtained by the two different lysis solution formulas is different, which can be selected according to different downstream applications. The use of adsorption technology can extract total protein from 50-200 mg of plant tissue. It takes only 5-8 minutes and the yield can reach 2-8 mgmL. This kit can quickly separate total protein from frozen or fresh plant samples, which can be applied to SDS-PAGE, WB, IP, ELISA, enzatic detection, protein analysis and small-scale protein chromatography purification and other applications.
