The Bradford Protein Concentration Assay Kit is developed based on the Bradford method, enabling rapid, stable, and highly sensitive protein concentration measurement. This product features fast detection, allowing 10-20 samples to be completed in less than 10 minutes; high sensitivity, with a detection concentration as low as 25 μg/mL, a minimum detectable protein amount of 0.5 μg, and a sample volume of 1-20 μL; good linearity within the concentration range of 50-1000 μg/mL, stable within 1 hour, with the best stability between 5-20 minutes. The Bradford method for protein concentration determination is not affected by most chemicals in samples. It can tolerate β-mercaptoethanol concentrations up to 1M and dithiothreitol (DTT) concentrations up to 5 mM. However, it is slightly affected by higher concentrations of detergents, requiring SDS below 0.05%, Triton X-100 below 0.05%, and Tween 20, Tween 60, or Tween 80 below 0.02%.
