5×Agrobacterium suspension inoculum

This product is a working solution concentration, suitable for Agrobacterium-mediated genetic transformation. The product contains appropriate concentrations of MgCl2 and MES, AS (Acetosyringone solution) must be added separately before use, with a final concentration of 100 μM (i.e., diluted 1000 times). Its transformation efficiency is significantly better than that of double-distilled water and MS medium. The Agrobacterium infection solution can increase Agrobacterium adhesion to recipient cells by reducing surface tension, and it can enhance T-DNA transfer efficiency by affecting cell membrane permeability.
