pmScarlet-C1 is a standard mammalian cell expression vector, which is ensured to express proteins highly in mammalian cells with a strong CMV promoter. mScarlet is a high-performance red fluorescent protein with high brightness and good photostability, which is very suitable for live-cell imaging, protein subcell localization, cell tracing, and as a transfection/experiment internal control.
