2×Yeast Direct PCR Master Mix is a highly efficient, ready-to-use premixed PCR reagent, specifically optimized for directly amplifying target DNA fragments from yeast colonies or yeast cultures. This reagent uses a unique buffer system and a highly efficient hot-start DNA polymerase, eliminating the need for complex pretreatment steps. Only a small amount of yeast colony or culture needs to be added directly to the reaction system to achieve yeast-specific and highly sensitive PCR amplification. Tests have shown that the amplification success rate for fresh yeast colonies is over 99%.
