2×Yeast Direct PCR Master Mix is a highly efficient, ready-to-use, pre-mixed PCR reagent, optimized for the amplification of target DNA fragments of the pGADT7 vector from yeast colonies or yeast liquid cultures for yeast hybridization experiments. This reagent employs a unique buffer system and a-performance hot-start DNA polymerase, eliminating the need for complex pretreatment steps. Only a small amount of yeast colonies or liquid is required to be directly added to the system, achieving yeast-specific and highly sensitive PCR amplification. The success rate of amplification from fresh yeast colonies has been tested to be over 99%.
