2×Yeast Direct PCR Master Mix is a highly efficient, ready-to-use, pre-mixed PCR reagent, optimized for the amplification of target DNA fragments from yeast colonies or yeast liquid on the pGBKT7 vector in yeast two-hybrid experiments. This reagent uses a unique buffer system and high- hot-start DNA polymerase, eliminating the need for complicated pretreatment steps. Only a small amount of yeast colonies or yeast liquid needs to be added directly to the reaction system achieve yeast-specific and highly sensitive PCR amplification. After testing, the success rate of amplification from fresh yeast colonies is as high as 99% or above.
