2×Yeast Direct PCR Master Mix is a highly efficient, ready-to-use, pre-mixed PCR reagent, specially optimized for two-hybrid direct amplification of target DNA fragments from yeast colonies or yeast liquid on pPR3-N vector. This reagent uses a unique buffer system and high-efficiency hotstart DNA polymerase, which does not require complicated pretreatment steps. Only a small amount of yeast colonies or yeast liquid needs to be directly added to the reaction system to achieve-specific and highly sensitive PCR amplification. After testing, the amplification success rate of fresh yeast colonies is as high as 99% or above.
