2×Yeast Direct PCR Master Mix is a highly efficient, ready-to-use, pre-mixed PCR reagent, specially optimized for amplification of DNA fragments of promoters from yeast plaques or yeast liquid in the pAbAi yeast one-hybrid system. This reagent uses a unique buffer system and a-efficiency hot-start DNA polymerase, eliminating the need for complicated pretreatment steps. Only a small amount of yeast plaque or yeast liquid needs to be directly added to the reaction, achieving yeast-specific and highly sensitive PCR amplification. After testing, the success rate of amplification of fresh yeast plaques is as high as 99% or above.
