2×Yeast Direct PCR Master Mix is a highly efficient, ready-to-use, pre-mixed PCR reagent, optimized for the amplification of target DNA fragments on the pYES2 vector from yeast colonies or yeast liquid in Saccharomyces cerevisiae expression experiments. This reagent employs a unique buffer and a high-performance hot-start DNA polymerase, eliminating the need for complex pretreatment steps. Only a small amount of yeast colonies or yeast liquid needs to be directly to the reaction system, achieving yeast-specific and highly sensitive PCR amplification. The amplification success rate of fresh yeast colonies exceeds 99%.
