Yeast Colony Iysate

This product is used for yeast transformation or colony PCR identification after library screening. There is no need for cumbersome procedures such as plasmid extraction; colonies can be simply treated with a quick lysis solution to serve as PCR templates. It is recommended to use it in combination with our company's 2× Yeastdirect PCR Mix, which has good resistance to PCR inhibitors and can also be used for the direct amplification of positive yeast hybrid clones. For yeast strains that are difficult to amplify, the efficiency of amplification is greatly improved after lysis with yeast colony lysis solution.
