Czapek Yeast Extract Agar Medium(CYA)

CYA (Cascala Yeast Extract Agar) is a medium that can automatically induce the expression of target proteins regulated by the lactose operon. This medium promotes high-level growth of Escherichia coli and allows for high-level automatic induction of target protein expression without the need to monitor cell growth state or add inducers (such as IPTG).
