This kit uses a centrifuge adsorption column that specifically binds DNA and a unique buffer system to extract yeast genomic DNA. The silica-based material used in the centrifuge adsorption column is a proprietary new material of our company, which can efficiently and specifically adsorb DNA, maximizing the removal of impurity proteins and other organic compounds in the cells. The extracted genomic DNA fragments are large, highly pure, and of stable and reliable quality. Genomic DNA extracted using this kit can be used for various routine operations, including restriction digestion, PCR, library construction, Southern blotting, and other experiments.
