Yeast Protein Extraction Kit

This product uses a combination of glass bead agitation and chemical lysis to break yeast cell walls, suitable for various yeast cultures (including liquid cultures or plate colonies). The extracted total yeast protein can be used for SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis and Western blot experiments. The proteins extracted by this product are denatured and cannot be used for protein activity assays or related experiments.
