PEG/LiAC Yeast Transformation Solution

PEG/LiAC yeast transformation mixture is a ready-to-use product, no dilution or sterilization is needed, and it can be used for Saccharomyces cerevisiae transformation. Each transformation reaction needs 500 µL PEG/LiAc (2.5 mL for library transformation).PEG plays a role in protecting the cell membrane in a high concentration of LiAc environment and reducing excessive damage to the cell membrane by LiAc, and at the same, PEG can promote the close contact between the plasmid and the cell membrane. Li  in LiAc can change the permeability of the cell membrane, promote the formation of, and make the cell easy to absorb exogenous DNA. The TE buffer can provide a stable pH value environment.
