TE/LiAC Yeast Competent Cell Preparation Solution

The TE/LiAC yeast transformation preparation solution is a ready-to-use product, which does not require dilution and sterilization, and can directly used for the preparation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae competent cells. The TE buffer is weakly alkaline, which can provide a stable pH value environment for the preparation yeast competent cells. Li  in LiAc can change the permeability of the cell membrane, promote the formation of competent cells, and make the cells easy to absorb exogenous DNA.
