ADF Solid Medium (with ACC)

ADF solid medium (containing ACC) is mainly used to screen microorganisms with ACC deaminase activity. ACC serves as the sole nitrogen source to provide nutrition for the strains. By observing the growth of the strains on the medium, it is determined whether they can produce ACC deaminase. This medium supports research on microbial functions related to plant growth regulation, such as analyzing the plant growth-promoting ability of strains, and is a commonly used solid medium for functional screening of microorganisms.
