The Classic Saccharomyces cerevisiae Competent Cell Preparation and Transformation Kit (Frozen Type) is mainly used for plasmid transformation experiments in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The competent cells prepared with this kit can be stored at -80°C, facilitating future transformations.
