One-step Saccharomyces cerevisiae quick transformation kit

The one-step yeast transformation kit has been developed using a special process. It does not require the preparation of competent cells and only needs a single heat shock, allowing the entire transformation process to be completed within 45 minutes. This greatly shortens the transformation time, and the operation is simple and convenient. It is particularly suitable for transforming plasmids that are not from a library and can also be used for transforming bait yeast patches such as Y1H [pAbAi-Pro]. Its transformation efficiency can reach 60-85% of that of the classic yeast transformation method (PT1183). The freshness of the yeast patches is directly proportional to the transformation efficiency, so it is recommended to use fresh yeast patches when selecting colonies.
