YPA Medium

YPA medium is suitable for the cultivation of sugar-deficient Saccharomyces cerevisiae. This product does not contain sugar, and glucose or other sugars can be added according to experimental needs, making it very convenient to use. The typical sugar addition is 2%. If solid medium is needed, an additional 2% yeast-specific agar can be added.
