DO Supplement-Leu(Amino Acid Blend)

DO Supplement (Dropout Supplement), a mixture of essential amino acids and two nucleotides, is used to prepare yeast SD medium (composed of YNB, glucose, amino acids, and nucleotide molecules) or to prepare yeast SG medium (composed of YNB, galactose, amino acids, and nucleot molecules). DO Supplement-Leu is the one lacking Leu, which is used to screen strains that can express this component or to activate the relevant reporter gene.
