DO Supplement-His/-Leu/-Trp(Amino Acid Blend)

DO Supplement (Dropout Supplement), is a mixture of essential amino acids and two nucleotides for the preparation of yeast SD medium (composed of YNB, glucose, amino acids, and nucleotide molecules) or yeast SG medium (composed of YNB, galactose, amino acids, and nucleotide molecules). DO Supplement-His/-Leu/-Trp is the deletion of  His, Leu, and Trp, which can be used to screen strains that can express this component or activate related reporter genes.
