1000× WPM Vitamin Solution

The 1000×WPM vitamin solution is a highly concentrated stock solution in the organic nutrient system of WPM medium. Its core is a precise mixture prepared at 1000 times the concentration of the vitamin components in the original WPM medium formulation (including inositol, vitamin B1, vitamin B6, and niacin, but excluding glycine). When used, this solution is mixed with other components of the WPM medium at a 1:1000 ratio (1 mL per liter of medium) and needs to be stored in a cool, dark place to prevent degradation of its components. It can provide coenzyme support for root induction, shoot proliferation, and ex situ preservation of woody plants such as blueberries and roses, matching the vitamin requirements of woody plants and helping maintain normal metabolism and growth in a low inorganic salt environment.
