The 1000×DKW vitamin solution is a high-concentration concentrated stock of the organic nutrient system in DKW culture medium. Its core lies in precisely reconstituting the vitamin components at 1000 times the concentration based on the original DKW medium formula (containing inositol, vitamin B1, vitamin B6, niacin, and excluding glycine). When used, it is mixed with other components of the DKW medium at a 1:1000 ratio (1 mL per liter of medium). It should be stored at low temperatures and protected from light to prevent component degradation. This solution can provide suitable coenzyme support for the in vitro culture of woody fruit trees such as walnut and cherry, as well as hardwood ornamental plants, aiding in shoot proliferation and root development, and matches the vitamin requirements specific to woody plants.
