SC Complete medium

SC medium is a yeast basal medium without carbon source, which lacks glucose as a carbon source compared to yeast SD medium. The experimenter can add, galactose, cottonseed sugar, fructose, sucrose, etc. as carbon sources for yeast according to the needs of the experiment, which are used to prepare SD medium, SG medium, SGR medium (containing both galactose and cottonseed sugar), SF medium, and SS medium. SC Complete medium is a mixture of Y and DO Supplement, which contains all the amino acids needed for yeast growth and cannot be used for yeast transformation screening experiments.
