Agrobacterium Rhizogene Broth Medium

Yeast extract-Bouillon (YEB) is a highly nutritious medium, originally designed for "Agrobacterium tumefaciens", now also widely used for other bacteria with higher nutritional requirements. It is mainly used for the culture of Agrobacterium, often used in combination with kanamycin and rificin, and experiments have shown that the transformation efficiency of Agrobacterium prepared with YEB liquid medium is higher than that of LB medium.
