SC/-Ade/-Trp with Agar
 The SC with Agar defective amino acid mixture is a mixture of yeast SC medium (Synthetic Dextrose Minimal Medium/ SC Minimal Medium/ SC-Dropout Medium) and agar powder, which has more agar powder coagulant and less glucose carbon source than yeast SC with Agar medium. SC/-Ade/-Trp with Agar is a mixture of YNB, DO Supplement-Ade/-Trp and agar powder that uses the strains that can express the component or activate the reporter gene using the Ade and Trp defect in DO Supplement-Ade/-Trp.
