The SC with Agar defective amino acid mixture is a mixture of yeast SC medium (Synthetic Dextrose Minimal Medium/ SC Minimal Medium/ SC-Dropout Medium) and agar powder, which has more agar powder coagulant and less glucose carbon source than yeast SC with Agar medium. SC/-His/-Leu with Agar is a mixture of YNB, DO Supplement-His/-Leu and agar powder that uses the strains that can express the component or activate the reporter gene using the His and Leu defect in DO Supplement-His/-Leu.
