SC/-His/-Trp/-Ura with Agar
The SC with Agar defective amino acid mixture is a mixture of yeast SC medium (Synthetic Dextrose Minimal Medium/ SC Minimal Medium/ SC-Dropout Medium) and agar powder, which has more agar powder coagulant and less glucose carbon source than yeast SC with Agar medium. SC/-His/-Trp/-Ura with Agar is a mixture of YNB, DO Supplement-His/-Trp/-Ura and agar powder to screen strains that can express His, Trp and Ura defects in DO Supplement-His/-Trp/-Ura or activate related reporter genes.
