The SC with Agar defective amino acid mixture is a mixture of yeast SC medium (Synthetic Dextrose Minimal Medium/ SC Minimal Medium/ SC-Dropout Medium) and agar powder, which has more agar powder coagulant and less glucose carbon source than yeast SC with Agar medium. SC/-Leu/-Met/-Trp with Agar is a mixture of YNB, DO Supplement-Leu/-Met/-Trp and agar powder to screen strains that can express Leu, Met and Trp defects in DO Supplement-Leu/-Met/-Trp or activate related reporter genes.
