MS Base Salts(-Cu)

MS medium was designed by Murashige and Skoog in 1962 for tobacco cell culture, referred to as MS Medium. MS medium (with Agar) is used to induce callus, and also used for embryo, stem segment, shoot tip, and anther culture, MS liquid medium is mainly for cell suspension culture. MS Cu-free base salt, the core is low copper or no copper formula, which retains the necessary macro and micro elements for plant growth. It exists the form of dry powder, which is convenient for storage and transportation. It can be quickly configured into a nutrient solution with appropriate pH when used, and it is mainly used for research to copper deficiency in plants, which can make plants show copper deficiency physiological characteristics, and provide standard culture conditions for relevant scientific research.
