Luria-Bertani (LB) medium is a classic bacterial culture medium, abbreviated as LB medium, suitable for the cultivation of various bacteria and commonly used as a routine reagent in molecular biology. This product is made from high-quality raw materials and sterilized at 121°C for 20 minutes. Antibiotics are pre-added, making it a ready-to-use LB liquid medium, applicable to bacterial culture, plasmid amplification, and protein expression in molecular biology. The ready-to-use LB liquid medium eliminates the need for users to weigh, prepare, sterilize, and clean repeatedly, saving time and effort in ordering, storing, and maintaining reagents. This product is a low-salt LB medium and can be used in combination with boromycin.
