Agrobacterium Induction Medium（IM）(Model A)

Agrobacterium Induction Medium (Model A) is sterilized by filtration, with a pH value of 5.3, and requires the of acetyl benzyl ketone solution (200 mM, sterilized) before use, with a final concentration of 200 μM (.e. diluted 1000 times), mainly used for genetic transformation experiments with Agrobacterium, and more for genetic transformation experiments of fungi mediated by Agacterium. It should be noted that our company provides two types of IM induction medium, please select Type A or B according to the needs of the experiment, for detailed formula, the instructions.
