100×SJ-1 medium is a specialized concentrated medium designed for the cultivation of specific organisms (such as certain microorganisms or plant cells). The formulation strictly follows the SJ-1 standard and contains the carbon sources, nitrogen sources, essential minerals, and special nutrients required for the growth of the target organism, with proportions tailored to its physiological needs. The 100-fold concentrated form saves storage space and reduces component degradation. When used, it is diluted at a ratio of 1:99 (1 volume of medium to 99 volumes of sterile solvent), providing stable nutritional support for standardized cultivation and growth observation of the target organism.
