pDONR3C Vector

pDONR3C is a high-copy Gateway vector with a size of 4762 bp. In addition, it also includes reagents such as Gateway BP Clonase II enzyme mix, reaction buffer, and DB3.1competent cells. Using Gateway technology, the PCR-amplified products or target gene fragments are cloned into the pDONR221 vector through a BP reaction. The PCR products need to be amplified with custom primers modified with attB, and then recombined with the pDONR221 vector under the action of BP Clonase II enzyme, thereby directionally cloning the target gene into the vector. The efficiency is usually greater than 99%, and no restriction endonucleases or ligases are required.
