Service Introduction Tobacco leaf subcellular colocalization analysis technology is a novel method for intuitively and rapidly determining the localization and interactions of target proteins within tobacco leaf cells. This technology cleverly fuses two different fluorescent protein molecules, green fluorescent protein (GFP) and red fluorescent protein (RFP), separately with the target proteins for expression. If the two fluorescent signals overlap to produce colocalization fluorescence, it indicates that the two target proteins are spatially consistent and work together to perform certain biological functions. Service Advantages ▶Intuitive and efficient, with strong result visualization; ▶Easy to operate, short cycle, high throughput; ▶Wide applicability, strong compatibility; ▶Two benefits in one, simultaneous localization and interaction validation; ▶Cost-controllable, low experimental threshold. Article Case Ethylene enhances resistance to cucumber green mottle mosaic virus via the ClWRKY70-ClACO5 module in watermelon plants academic journal:Frontiers in Plant Science
Subcellular localization of ClACO5 protein. Control vector (35S-GFP) or ClACO5-GFP fusion protein (35S-ClACO5-GFP) were co-transformed with a nuclear marker protein H2B (A) and membrane marker protein OsMCA1 (B) fused to mCherry (red fluorescent protein, 35S-H2B-mCherry or 35S::OsMCA1-mCherry) in tobacco (Nicotiana benthamiana) leaves. Bars, 20 mm. Applicable Fields ▶Analyze the subcellular localization and interaction mechanisms of proteins involved in plant growth and development (such as hormone signaling pathway proteins) and stress responses (such as proteins related to salt and drought resistance), and clarify protein functional sites. ▶Identify the targeted localization of pathogen (bacterial and fungal) effector proteins within plant cells, analyze the co-localization and interaction of effector proteins with plant host proteins, and reveal pathogenic molecular pathways. ▶Verify whether the expression and localization of target proteins in transgenic crops meet expectations, screen superior transgenic lines with correct subcellular localization, and improve gene editing efficiency and breeding accuracy. ▶Construct subcellular interaction maps of plant and microbial proteins, determine the formation sites and synergistic modes of protein complexes, and refine molecular regulatory network models. ▶Track the intracellular transmission routes of signaling molecules, analyze the co-localization and activation mechanisms of key proteins in signaling pathways, and elucidate the transduction pathways of hormones and stress signals. |
