pet28a vector
pET-28a is a prokaryotic expression vector widely used in Escherichia coli expression systems, developed by Novagen. It is an important member of the pET series of vectors, designed to achieve efficient cloning and induced expression of the target gene. The N-terminus contains a thrombin protease cleavage site; the differences between pET28a, b, and c exist only in the multiple cloning site.
