pHT-01 Vector

pHT-01 is a commonly used Bacillus subtilis expression vector and belongs to the E. coli–Bacillus subtilis shuttle plasmid. It is widely used for the heterologous expression of recombinant proteins in Bacillus subtilis. HT-01, with its efficient and controllable expression characteristics, has become one of the commonly used vectors in the Bacillus subtilis expression system.
